Halloween ´18 is over, but it left us a few scary posters which our ESO students designed and presented to this year´s competition. Here are the winners: 

INDIVIDUAL: Rodrigo Sánchez Sánchez (1º ESO F)
GROUP: María Luque, Eva Palomo, Celia Nicolás, Daniela Williams, Alexia Sánchez y Claudia Rodríguez. (2º ESO C)

Rodrigo made a poster inspired in the film THE NUN and the girls dressed up like the scary doll ANABELLE. There was a jury of 14 teachers who voted not only the most original pictures but also the quality of the description and the language used.

Here are some of the other wonderful and spooky  posters that the students made and are still displayed on our school walls.

 Congratulations to all of you and thank you for taking part in this competition!! And thank you very much to the AMPA who cooperated with us another year with a gift for the winners!

2-Design your scary costume and  make up yourself or a friend as a  monster, ZOMBIE  or WITCH / DISEÑA TU DISFRAZ Y MAQUÍLLATE PARA PARECERTE A ÉL (TAMBIÉN PUEDES HACERLO CON AMIGOS)

 3-act out the scene / REPRESENTA LA ESCENA ELEGIDA                       

4-Take a picture and stick it on a poster with a 

description in english / HAZTE UNA FOTO Y PÉGALA EN UN POSTER JUNTO A UNA DESCRIPCIÓN DE ESTA (DEL PERSONAJE Y LA ESCENA) EN INGLÉS                                          

            

5- GIVE IT TO YOUR ENGLISH TEACHER before 30th october / ENTRÉGASELA A TU PROFESOR/A DE INGLÉS

All the works will be displayed and a a prize will 

be given to the most voted posters.  (originality,

Halloween competition!

Hello, everyone!

We want to say thank you to all the students who have taken part in the competition that our Department has organised to celebrate Halloween this year.
The contest consisted of  a photo connected to a horror film, a frightening costume or a scary made-up face, including a detailed description of it that shows the students´ good use of English , their creativity and originality.
Nearly 40 students participated and 28 posters were presented. We are really happy because it was really difficult to choose the best ones, but a jury of 12 teachers decided that the winners were:
Daniela Jiménez, Celia Nicolás, Daniela Williams, María Luque, Claudia Rodríguez, Juan Carlos Gasking and Juan José López. Congratulations to all of them!

 This is the certificate all the participants received for taking part. We´ll be back next year!!
